Keyboard NOT working Problem in PC/Laptop

Solution to the problem or issue of keyboard not working in any PC/Laptop:

Before coming to the solution, it is advised to check whether your external keyboard is in proper working conditions or not by connecting it to another PC/Laptop/Tablet/Smartphone.

If the Keyboard is found in proper working conditions on other devices, then follow the following steps:

Troubleshoot Driver Issues:

Open Device Manager: 

Press the Windows key + X and 

select "Device Manager". 

Locate Keyboards: 

Expand the "Keyboards" category. 

Uninstall/Reinstall Driver: 

Right-click on your keyboard device and 

select "Uninstall device." 

Restart your computer, and Windows should automatically reinstall the driver. 

Update Driver: 

If uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't work, try updating the driver through Device Manager.

Run Keyboard Troubleshooter:

Open Settings: 

Press the Windows key + I to open Settings.

Go to Troubleshoot: 

Click on "System," then 

"Troubleshoot".

Run Keyboard Troubleshooter: 

Under "Other troubleshooters," 

select "Keyboard" and 

click "Run".
