I always get distracted by a mobile phone. How can I break it?


Digital world is a full of distractions, which are necessarily to be avoided as much as possible to improve your lifestyle, physical — mental health, fulfill your dreams and achieve your goals.

To avoid distractions from you phone and the digital gadgets you can follow the steps given below:
  • Try to perform Meditation every morning for atleast 5–10 minutes.
  • Do exercise which will also make you fit and healthy.
  • Go for a walk.
  • Try to keep it away from you while engaged in your important tasks, work or whenever you don't need it.
  • Keep it on silent mode.
  • Activate Do not dsiturb.
  • Put it on Airplane Mode.
  • Dont charge it until you need it.
  • Don't recharge if not neccasary.
  • Deactivate Social Media Accounts.
  • Uninstall the apps you are spending maximum.
  • Spend more time with your family members, friends, etc.
  • Try reading books.
  • Give time to your favourites and hobbies.
  • Keep yourself engaged in some interesting activities.
